Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift travel assignment in a Long Term Care facility located in Beulah, North Dakota. The RN will provide high-quality overnight patient care while ensuring resident safety, comfort, and clinical stability throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, the ability to respond effectively to patient needs, and experience working independently in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents during overnight shifts
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and status changes
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and patient care needs
  • Perform routine assessments to ensure resident comfort and safety
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing protocols
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care when required
  • Support a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Previous Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
  • Availability to work night shifts required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple patient needs efficiently in a fast-paced environment
