Registered Nurse - RN LTC & Short Term Rehab (BV)

Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor, the Registered Nurse- RN functions as an integral member of the household clinical team. They plan and support person-directed living according to physician orders, nursing orders, care plans and villager choice. Their focus is both on the medical and social needs of each villager maximizing quality of life.

We currently have the following RN Opportunities:

AM Shift - 6:00am-2:30pm

20% Posting - Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

80% Posting - 32 hours per week and every other weekend

PM Shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm

20% Posting - Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

100% Full Time Posting - 40 hours per week - includes every other weekend.

RN's that work PM shift receive an additional $3 per hour (2:00pm-10:30pm). NOC Shift is paid an additional $2 per hour (10:00pm-6:30am). All weekend hours receive an additional $2 per hour regardless of shift. Amazing County Benefits are offered with any 50% Posting or higher. To qualify for the Wisconsin Retirement Pension you must work at least a 60% posting (24 hours per week) or more. Brewster Village pays overtime for any hours worked over 8 hours in one day.
