Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Dialysis (DIA) – Full-Time to join their clinical team.

Responsibilities: 

Dialysis Nurse Manager, ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives

·         Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HWS/Hospital and regulatory/accrediting agency standards, regulations and policies and procedures

·         Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per Hospital policy.

·         Utilizes appropriate resources and hospital policies as the “standard of care” for positive patient outcomes.

·         Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level with minimal direction.  Primary responsibilities for a Dialysis Nurse Manager encompasses but not intended to be all-inclusive of:

-          Patient Rights,

-          Assessment,

-          Care of the Patient

-          Patient Family Education

-          Continuum of Care

To Get Started You Will Need: 

·         Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License

·         At least 1 year of recent acute Dialysis Supervisory Experience

·         Current BLS Certification Required
