- 6:00pm - 9:00pm OR 6:00pm - 12:00am

Qualifications
- Current Utah RN license in good standing
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and family members
- Order medications, supplies, and medical equipment as needed
- Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, suctioning, and other clinical interventions
- Accurately complete charting and documentation in a timely manner
- Advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with individualized care plans and resident preferences
- Observe and monitor residents requiring ongoing clinical attention
- Collaborate with the care team to provide safe, high-quality patient care
