Job Summary

seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with Med Surg experience to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Document patient care, assessments, and clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients regarding care plans, medications, and treatment.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Required: Med Surg experience.
• Previous inpatient/acute-care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
