As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care while serving as a critical member of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities include:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact state eligibility
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Red Cross BLS certification upon hire
Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience preferred
ACLS required
CCRN preferred
ACLS required
PALS required
TNCC required
ENPC preferred
ACLS preferred and may be required within designated timeframe
NIH Stroke Scale Certification preferred
ACLS preferred
Wound Care Certification (WCC) or equivalent highly preferred
ACLS required
Moderate Sedation competency required as applicable
$31.25 - $46.88/hour
$35.00 - $45.00/hour
Nights: +$7.00/hour
Weekends: +$2.00/hour
Additional compensation opportunities may be available through Float Pool and Internal Contract positions.
Eligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes.
Potential eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities based on established metrics and organizational guidelines.
