The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
This role requires strong clinical skills, effective patient management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2+ years of RN experience in Med Surg
• Active Kansas RN License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Strong experience in patient care, assessment, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in acute care hospital settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
• Medical-Surgical Unit
• Onsite role in Salina, KS
• Fast-paced, patient-focused clinical setting
Additional Requirements
• Must be flexible with night shifts and scheduling needs
