Requirements:
Active LA state RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License
Current BLS certificate.
Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience is required.
Strong Medical Surgical clinical background.
Job Description:
Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Medical Surgical patients.
Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments, including system reviews and documentation.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
