Make a Difference -----------------
Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources. The Registered Nurse will provide care to general med-surg patients on a 16-bed unit. Performing duties that include but are not limited to:
