Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)
Hudson, FL
A leading healthcare organization in the Hudson, Florida area is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join its Medical Surgical Unit on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to grow their careers within a patient-focused acute care environment.
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$42/hour based on experience
Additional $3/hour night shift differential
Up to $40,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
Qualifications
Required
Active Florida RN license
Recent acute care nursing experience
Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred
Previous Medical Surgical experience
BSN degree
Experience working in a hospital environment
