Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit – Fort Worth, TX
A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical Surgical team. Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns
Educate patients and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and clinical practice standards
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
