Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem Angelic Care Living LLC
Job Summary Angelic Care Living LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing in-home care services. This role is ideal for an RN who values personalized care, works well independently, and desires flexibility while making a real difference in the lives of clients and families. Responsibilities
Conduct in-home initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
Perform follow-up visits and client phone check-ins as needed
Communicate with clients and families to understand concerns and provide nursing guidance
Supervise and support Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), including caregiver orientation when required
Monitor client conditions and report changes appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies
Collaborate with office staff to ensure continuity of care
Promote a safe, respectful, and organized care environment
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
Home care experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and assessment skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
