    Part-Time | Registered Nurse (RN)

    Available Shifts and Schedules:

    Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday

    Evening Shift: 6:00pm - 10:30pm | 20 hours per two-week pay period | Five, 4-hour shifts

    Evening/Midnight Shift: Part-Time: 6:00pm - 6:30am | 72 hours per two-week pay period | Six, 12-hour shifts

In this vital role, you'll combine advanced clinical expertise with compassionate care to support the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. As an RN, you'll assess resident needs, provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes. You'll also play an important leadership role by guiding and supporting CENAs, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence in person-centered care.     -Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders

    -Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness

    -Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record

    -Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up

    -Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care

    -Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

    Minimum Qualifications

    -Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.

    -Must be in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing and have a current MI RN license.

    -Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse preferred but not required.

    -Current CPR certification

    -Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

    -Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    -Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity

    -Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service

    -Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

    Preferred Qualifications

    -Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required

    -Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
