Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver high‑quality care in our Skilled Nursing community. Full-time team members are eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus!

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
- Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated commitment to resident‑centered care
