THE FACILITY
- Large ~270-bed skilled nursing facility
- Long-term care, rehab, and memory care (~70 beds)
- Busy, high-acuity environment with ongoing need for RNs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents
- Administer medications and IV therapy
- Oversee LPNs and CNAs
- Handle admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active CT RN license
- SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Comfortable supervising staff
- Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-acuity setting
