Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assessments as a licensed RN on site.

• Develop and update patient care plans based on assessments and goals.

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per protocol.

• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and privacy laws.

• Collaborate with physicians and team members to coordinate care.

• Utilize performance metrics and KPIs to drive care quality and efficiency.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.

• Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue relevant training.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff by sharing best practices.

• Participate in ongoing pipeline and territory planning to forecast demand and staffing needs.

Experience/Qualifications

• Active RN license and current clinical competency in patient assessments.

• Provide direct, on-site patient care with accurate documentation in EHR.

• Administer medications per protocol; monitor adverse reactions.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and patient privacy.

• Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessments.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.

• Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to improve care quality and efficiency.

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.

• Identify learning needs and pursue relevant nursing development/training.

• Participate in pipeline and territory planning to forecast staffing needs.

• Ability to work in a high-visibility, metrics-driven environment.

• Support recruitment and onboarding; share best practices with team.

• Demonstrate growth mindset; pursue advancement within a merit-driven environment.
