Per Diem
Pay: $40.33-$52.33/hour
based on experience and shift differentials

What you'll do as a Register Nurse (RN) -
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents' health status, identifying and reporting changes promptly
- Develop and participate in care plans and care plan meetings
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, including completing required documentation
- Administer and document medications, treatments, and enteral nutrition per physician orders; adhere to the 6 rights of medication administration and maintain accountability for narcotics and medication keys
- Complete accurate documentation in the EHR, including nurses' notes, MDS/RAPs, and incident/accident reports
- Collaborate with residents, healthcare partners, and community resources to ensure continuity of care
Register Nurse (RN) Requirements -
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- BSN preferred
- Current New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
