Pay Range
$38.20 - $57.30
The Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high- quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an acute care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

Education
Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Certification / Registration / License

Licensed nurses are responsible and accountable for knowing, understanding, and practicing in compliance with the laws, rules, regulations, and standards of practice of the state(s) where the client(s) is/are located.
Experience

Our 7-bed Neonatal Level III unit provides specialized care for neonates 32 weeks gestation and above, supporting infants who require additional monitoring and transitional care. The team is experienced in stabilizing newborns with moderately acute needs and coordinating timely transfers for patients requiring cardiac or immediate surgical intervention. This is a collaborative, family-centered environment where nurses work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of NICU experience and be comfortable caring for neonatal patients requiring specialized observation and support.
