What You Will Do• Provide direct patient care in the home• Administer medications and monitor vital signs• Use medical equipment as needed• Observe and report changes in patient condition• Communicate with patients and families• Maintain accurate documentation
What We Are Looking For
Schedule and Location• Westchester County (in-home care)• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available• Part-time and per diem | 16–40 hours per week
