Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology Location: Neptune, NJ 07753 Duration: 05/25/2026 – 08/22/2026 Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Schedule: 4 days/week, 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call, no float Pay range: $60-$65/hr. Schedule Notes: Hematology/Oncology Traveling between 2 locations (schedule provided in advance): Neptune, NJ Brick, NJ Chemotherapy Certified preferred Work Setting: Oncology / Inpatient Requirements / Skills: Required Skills & Experience: Two (2) years of acute adult oncology experience specializing in leukemia and lymphoma in inpatient setting Hematology Education: Required Education: ASN Preferred Education: BSN Certifications & Licensure: Required Certifications & Licensure: BLS - AHA NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license Preferred Certifications & Licensure: Telemetry Chemo Certification with ONS Job Summary / Duties: Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care Plan, implement and document nursing care based on patient needs Identify patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments Perform therapeutic nursing interventions Manage care of patients Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity and clinical priorities Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support innovations in care delivery Provide patient centric care aligned with professional nursing practice model Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
