Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Location: Shreveport/ New Orleans, LA
Duration: 3 Months with Possible Extension
Note: Total 4 openings are there
Shift Options:
- Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Requirements:
- Active RN License (State or Compact) – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience – Required
- Experience with ENT, Plastics, and Robotics procedures required
Job Description:
- Providing safe and effective patient care using the Nursing Process.
- Assessing patient and family learning needs and implementing appropriate teaching strategies.
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Managing nursing resources efficiently and supporting team collaboration.
- Using clinical data and knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care processes.
- Promoting patient satisfaction, teamwork, and professional nursing standards.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
