Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator

Location:Vail, CO
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Compensation: $2,845 – $3,050/Week (Based on Experience)
Shift: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts

Job Summary

A leading surgical center in Colorado is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a 13-week contract assignment. The RN will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care, support surgical teams, and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
  • Monitor and coordinate daily patient flow for safe and efficient care delivery
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery plans
  • Administer medications and assist with surgical procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and compliance standards
  • Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills in surgical settings
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, HIPAA, and patient safety protocols
  • Support a patient-centered and team-oriented care environment

Requirements

  • Active Colorado RN License or Compact State RN License required
  • BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification required
  • Previous OR Circulator experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment
