Lake Regional Health System is looking for an outgoing professional Registered Nurse RN to join our team.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Provides safe therapeutic care while following the provision of care.
- Patient assessments are performed accurately and timely.
- Organizes and coordinates patient care based on a comprehensive assessment, desired outcomes, and current knowledge.
- Safely implements the plan of care for patients either directly or by delegation to healthcare team members.
- Evaluates the patients plan of care on a continuous basis.
- Recognizes abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care.
- Effectively communicates in writing and orally with patients, families, and other health team members.
- Demonstrates and promotes the professional practice of all members of the nursing care team.
- Engages in basic caring practices to include patient education focusing on psychosocial and physiological needs.
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Supports unit quality/performance improvement.
- Meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
Qualifications
- Missouri RN license.
- BLS Certification Required.
- RN with experience.
- An annual influenza vaccine is required.
