Job Title:
Registered Nurse – Outpatient Surgery

Overview:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care, where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a leader in patient care, you will utilize the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and Standards of Practice. Your role will involve coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and delivering exceptional, culturally sensitive care. We seek dedicated professionals committed to excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.

Pay: $2,280 Weekly
Shift: 6:30am - 7pm


Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in critical or acute care settings
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Proficiency in computer systems, electronic health records, and web-based applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting complex information to diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to effectively assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership in delegating, directing, and managing nursing resources

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area relevant to critical care or intensive care units

Other Requirements:
  • Must meet physical demands such as lifting and moving objects as required for patient care
  • Exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential infectious agents in a healthcare setting
  • Working in patient care areas with direct patient interaction and potential hazardous materials
  • Knowledge of and compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare laws and accreditation standards
  • No additional licenses or certifications beyond those listed are required, but certification in a specialty area is preferred
