Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care

For more than 130 years, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has been a trusted leader in senior care in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood. Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services.

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care Nursing team. This position will float between our two Long-Term Care floors, providing high-quality, resident-centered nursing care and support where needed.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $36.00-$43.93/hour

Schedule: 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period)

Hours: 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols

• Assess residents' physical, mental, and emotional health needs

• Develop and update individualized care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families

• Supervise and support caregiving staff

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

• Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives

• Advocate for residents and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers

• Promote a supportive environment focused on dignity, safety, and well-being

Qualifications

Required

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with an interdisciplinary team

• Ability to participate in federally funded healthcare programs

Preferred

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing

• Experience providing geriatric care and chronic disease management

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
