Compensation is structured using a points-based system tied to visit complexity. Most visits are designed to be completed within approximately one hour.• Base rate: $34–$36 per point (based on experience)• Routine skilled nursing visit: 1.25 points Equivalent to $42.50–$45 per visit/hour• Start of Care / Admission visit: 1.5 points Equivalent to $51–$54 per visit/hourJob Availability Part-Time
