Job Details

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Home Visits role in Brooklyn, NY. This is a strong opportunity for an RN seeking a more flexible, weekday schedule in a home-based pediatric setting focused on well-baby visits and family support.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy patient education, autonomy in the field, and building relationships with families during the earliest stages of childhood. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, strong support, and excellent time off and retirement benefits.

What You’ll Do

Provide home-based nursing visits for well-babies and young pediatric patients in Brooklyn
Perform assessments, follow-up visits, and ongoing nursing support in the home setting
Educate parents and caregivers on infant health, development, and care needs
Develop and support individualized care plans based on patient and family needs
Coordinate with the broader care team to help ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up

What We’re Looking For

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
Background in pediatric inpatient care, NICU, PICU, maternal child health, home care, or related pediatric clinical settings is a plus
Strong assessment, communication, and caregiver education skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Car/access to transportation preferred if required for visits

Compensation: $105,000–$120,000
