Registered Nurse (RN)- Per Diem

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem shifts in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

This is a Per Diem position, which offers maximum flexibility allowing you to pick up shifts based on your availability. There is no minimum or required number of shifts, making this an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible scheduling or supplemental income.

As a preferred staffing agency, our RNs receive priority access to available shifts!

RNs in this role will provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will work closely with the nursing team to administer medications and treatments, perform resident assessments, monitor and document changes in condition, and ensure each resident's comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor, document, and report changes in health status.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols, state regulations, and standards of care. 
• Supervise and assist LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care. 

Requirements

• Active RN License in PA
• Looking for weekend availability
• Current CPR/BLS Certification, physical, and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy
• Previous experience working in nursing homes, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical, time-managment, leadership, and communications skills are essential 
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced healthcare environment
