We are currently hiring for:
6:30PM - 6:00AM (NOC)
6:00AM - 6:30PM (DAYS)
Full-time | Part-Time | PRN Available
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Active Arizona RN license
Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
SNF/LTC experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented with a resident-focused approach
