Located in Port Jefferson, the St. Charles Campus of Good Samaritan University Hospital combines advanced clinical expertise with a longstanding commitment to compassionate care. The campus has earned both a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade "A" and a CMS 5-Star Quality Rating and is known for its excellence in Maternal/Child Services, Orthopedics, Rehabilitation, Bariatric Surgery, and Emergency Care.
St. Charles Campus is Long Island's leading expert in pediatric therapy. The hospital's pediatric specialty program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and offers feeding therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy, and speech therapy for infants, children and adolescents.
St. Charles Campus is also home to the only Pediatric Brain Injury Unit on Long Island and is the only Pediatric Brain Injury Specialty Program in New York State accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). A team of clinicians, including pediatric therapists, psychologists and certified rehabilitation registered nurses, deliver the highest quality rehabilitation treatment and outcomes to help all children and their families thrive.

Qualifications:
Passion for caring for a diverse patient population, including pediatrics
1+ Years of acute care nursing (RN) experience preferred
Previous pediatric nursing experience preferred
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree strongly preferred
Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration required
Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
Salary Range
USD $54.97 - USD $64.20 /Hr.
