A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.
A relocation bonus is available if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility.

What You'll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location:
Atrium Health Mercy is a 196-bed facility of Carolinas Medical Center (CMC). Located 1.3 miles from CMC, Mercy is one of two Carolinas Medical Center locations. Atrium Health Mercy is Magnet designated in Nursing Excellence and is also a Planetree designated patient-centered hospital.

For more than 100 years, Atrium Health Mercy has treated approximately 80-110 ED and 130-212 in-patients daily with a special combination of human compassion and leading-edge expertise.
