Job Description

Bring your oncology nursing expertise to a role where clinical precision, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships come together every day.

Join the outpatient team at Pantops Cancer Care Center and support patients through critical points in their cancer care journey. This full-time, onsite position offers experienced nurses the opportunity to apply a broad range of clinical skills while contributing to an improved, patient-centered pre-infusion workflow.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Pre-Infusion Clinic, you will help ensure oncology patients are clinically prepared for treatment while supporting care across both the pre-infusion and clinic teams. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative outpatient environment where sterile technique, dependable assessment skills, and compassionate communication are essential.

Your day may include:

  • Accessing central lines and consistently maintaining sterile technique and safe nursing practice
  • Performing blood draws, initiating peripheral IVs, and administering medications
  • Supporting oncology patients during clinic visits and helping coordinate their readiness for treatment
  • Moving between the pre-infusion and clinic teams as patient volumes and care needs evolve
  • Communicating with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues to promote coordinated, efficient care
  • Helping strengthen the pre-infusion workflow while maintaining a clear focus on safety, quality, and the patient experience

This opportunity is especially well suited for a nurse with oncology or infusion experience who is confident with IV placement and central-line access. Nurses who thrive here are flexible, dependable, compassionate, clinically skilled, and team-oriented. The role also provides the opportunity to build lasting relationships with oncology patients while using a varied and valuable clinical skill set.
