Matrix Home Care is hiring a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Private Duty Nursing case in the Miami, FL 33130 area. We are looking for a nurse who is dependable, professional, and comfortable providing one -on -one skilled care in the home setting.
<\/div><\/div>
Position Summary:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
The Registered Nurse will provide private duty nursing care during overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of pediatric nursing experience and be comfortable working independently in the home environment. G -tube and oxygen monitoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Provide one -on -one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
<\/div>
Monitor patient condition and report any changes as needed
<\/div>
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
<\/div>
Provide pediatric nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
<\/div>
Assist with G -tube care and oxygen monitoring, as applicable
<\/div>
Maintain accurate documentation
<\/div>
Communicate professionally with the family, clinical team, and office staff
<\/div>
Follow all company policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
<\/div><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Active Florida RN license<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
G -tube and oxygen monitoring experience preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Private duty nursing or home care experience preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Must be comfortable working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Current CPR/BLS certification<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Must meet AHCA Level 2 background screening requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
