Caremed Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one home health care to patients throughout Central Virginia. If you are a dependable RN who values patient-centered care and meaningful relationships, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Perform in-home nursing assessments and health evaluations
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes
• Educate patients and family caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to home care aides
• Complete accurate electronic visit documentation and nursing notes
• Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia RN license in good standing
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Home health or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Dependable and compassionate patient-first approach
