Home Health - PRN/Per Visit - Registered Nurse (RN) Balch Springs, TX, 75180 Job Summary Our Registered Nurse (RN) with have a variety of duties that will help the company thrive and manage continuity of care. This RN will see all visits assigned within the scope of practice of their license which includes OASIS visits, skilled nursing visits, and supervised visits. They will also participate in the compensated perception of new hires. Administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agency.
