Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement CommunityĀ currently has opportunities to join our Skilled NursingĀ Team as a Registered Nurse (RN).Ā Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, able to work independently and cohesively with a team andĀ demonstrate compassionate care.Ā Ā
Current Opportunities:Ā (All positions include every other weekend, unless specified)
- Day Shift (1st)Ā - 6:30am-3:00pm
- Evening Shift (2nd)Ā - 2:45pm-11:15pmĀ
- Night Shift (3rd)Ā - 11:00pm-7:30amĀ
Compensation: $29.54-$37.98/hour,Ā excluding shift differentials and dependent upon experience
Primary Responsibilities:Ā (including, but not limited to)
- Participate in change of shift report.Ā
- Obtain necessary information from CNA's and properly document and communicate all information.
- Direct & supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Precisely administer and document medications, treatments, and conditions of residents.Ā
- Re-positions and/or transfers, as well as transportsĀ residents. This includes using available mechanical aids and additional staff according to established QPRC policy and practice.
- Continually assess resident's health status; reports and documents changes appropriately.
Position Requirements:
- Long Term Care Experience a plus
- CurrentĀ Valid Pennsylvania RN licenseĀ
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification (QPRC will provide training if necessary)
