Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and nursing diagnoses.
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care and maintain professional nursing standards.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Provide care for patients across various age groups, from infants through geriatrics.
2+ years of Rehab nursing experience – Required.
Inpatient Rehab experience – Required.
BLS and NIH – Required.
Active Oklahoma RN license required; Compact license accepted.
