Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation Nurse for our client in Nashua, NH 03060 . This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation Nurse
Location: Nashua, NH 03060
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Deliver professional nursing care to rehabilitation patients within assigned units
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans each shift
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians/providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
  • Communicate patient status during bedside shift reports and multidisciplinary rounds
  • Ensure safe care practices through hourly rounding and patient safety protocols
  • Identify and escalate patient safety concerns using chain of command
  • Participate in unit safety huddles and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and support teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care
  • Support orientation and preceptorship of new nurses when required

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
  • Minimum less than 1 year to 1+ year RN experience accepted
  • Experience in Rehabilitation Nursing preferred
  • BLS / BCLS Certification required
  • ACLS preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Dysrhythmia certification preferred (or must obtain during orientation)
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training preferred (or must obtain during orientation)
