What You’ll Do:
· Administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
· Evaluating medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
· Developing and implementing treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.
· Monitoring chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.
· Maintaining comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.
· Collaborating with BHS regarding medication management and refills.
· Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.
What Makes You a Great Fit:· Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Nursing Degree;
· Licensure: Current RN licensure with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing is a must.
· Experience: Ideally, you bring previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with adolescents and/or young adults
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make sound judgment calls in high-pressure scenarios.
· Team Player: A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment.
· Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

**Pay range for this position is $37 to $53 depending on education and experience.
