What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality clinical care to residents within the community
• Perform resident assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations while helping develop individualized care plans with residents, families, and staff
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Provide oversight and guidance to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing

What You'll Need:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an active South Dakota RN license (unencumbered)
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required-new graduates welcome
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 day per week and every 4th weekend)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
