Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality patient care by completing the full nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document resident conditions and progress using EMR systems
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
- Supervise and support CNA team members, ensuring quality care and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively through shift reports and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:
- Active New York RN License
- CPR Certification required
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital setting preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent patient care
