    Compensation from $42.00-$45.00/Hour - plus additional shift AND weekend differentials!

    -ADDITIONAL CLINICAL EXPERIENCE PREMIUMS-


    Full Time Day | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

    Part Time Day | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

    Part Time Evening | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

    Full Time Night | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

    PRN | Occasional Weekends and Holidays

      

    Qualifications:

    • Active Delaware Registered Nurse licensure required
    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • Active CPR required
    • One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
    • Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

    Responsibilities and Expectations:

    • Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
    • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
    • Perform resident assessments.
    • Participate in daily resident rounding.
    • Provide supervision to nursing team.
    • May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
