Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) settingAdminister medications and treatments according to physician ordersMonitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health statusSupport daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomesCollaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersCommunicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and care plansComplete accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulationsFollow all infection control, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:
