Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in North Andover, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities.

Our post-acute and skilled nursing team is focused on short-term recovery, quality clinical care, and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who:

• Brings strong clinical and communication skills
• Works well in a team-focused setting
• Maintains professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Is compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Direct hire only (no agency)

Compensation:
$45 - $48/hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements.
Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections.
Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
