Multiple Locations: Wilsonville, OR Portland, OR Canby, OR Springfield, OR Newberg, OR Forest Grove, OR
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Role
Shift Options Available: Day Shift – 3x12 & Night Shift – 3x12
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse SNF experience
Active Oregon RN State License required
BLS – AHA required
