Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Supervisor
Compensation: $45 - $50 per hour
Job Location: Auburn and Portland Territories, Maine
Description of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Homecare Supervisor to join our team at Interim HealthCare- Maine. As the RN Homecare Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality homecare services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate homecare activities
- Develop and implement care plans
- Assess patient needs and provide nursing interventions
- Train and mentor homecare staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Maine
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Prior experience in homecare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
