Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Skilled Nursing - Shenango on the Green
New Wilmington, PA – Full-time, Part-time, Casual; Hourly, Non-exempt; Days, Evenings, Weekends
Starting Pay: $38.34-$42.00/hour -Depending on experience

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is a Licensed Registered Nurse whose function is to monitor and provide quality care and services to residents for an entire shift. This individual is to assume responsibility for his/her healthcare delivery and to supervise and oversee the work of professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility. The Supervisor has shift responsibility for the provision of care throughout the facility.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing. One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one year of Registered Nurse experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months of internal experience in a licensed role.
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Maintains CPR certification per policy.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.

The Presbyterian SeniorCare Story
From a quiet, humble beginning as the Presbyterian Home in January of 1928, Presbyterian SeniorCare has emerged as western Pennsylvania's largest provider of care and services to older adults (Pittsburgh Business Times, January 2012).
