Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry for our client in Spokane, WA 99204. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
Location: Spokane, WA 99204
Duration: 13 Weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for neurology, neurosurgery, and telemetry patients.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias.
Perform neurological assessments, including NIH Stroke Scale evaluations.
Care for patients with CVA, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and post-neurosurgical conditions.
Administer and monitor procedural sedation as required.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required.
Neuro experience required.
Active Washington State or Compact RN License required.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Epic charting experience required.
Experience with Neuro Stepdown and Telemetry patients preferred.
