Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Medicine Specialist
Passport Health is North America's largest travel medicine and immunization provider, with more than 300 clinics across the U.S. and Canada. We’re looking for experienced RNs who are ready to step away from the pace of hospital nursing and into a role focused on clinical autonomy, patient education, and meaningful one-on-one care. This is a part-time opportunity based in Berkley, CA. Nurses interested in working full-time must also be willing to support our Oakland, CA clinic. Position Details - Location: Berkley, CA
- Employment: Part-Time
- Compensation: $50.00/hour
Part-Time - Flexible weekday schedule based on clinic and patient demand
- Opportunity for additional hours during peak travel season
- Occasional Saturday coverage required

Full-Time Opportunity - Interested in working full-time? Full-time nurses must be willing to work between the Berkley and Oakland, CA locations based on business and patient demand.
- 32–40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Saturday rotation required
- Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off
What You’ll Do - Conduct comprehensive travel health consultations
- Administer vaccines following standing orders
- Educate clients on destination-specific health risks
- Recommend travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate
- Manage clinic inventory, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Support corporate wellness and vaccination events as needed
Scheduling - Passport Health uses a patient-demand scheduling model while providing consistency and advance schedule visibility whenever possible.
- Part-time schedules are built around clinic demand and nurse availability
- Additional hours are often available during peak travel season
- Nurses seeking full-time hours must be comfortable supporting both Berkley and Oakland
- Occasional Saturday coverage is required
What You Need - Active RN license in good standing
- Compact/multistate RN license accepted, where applicable
- Three or more years of clinical nursing experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Reliable computer for online training
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory up to 25 pounds
