Passport Health - Registered Nurse - Travel Medicine This isn't a traditional nursing role and that's exactly the point. Passport Health is North America's largest travel medicine and immunization provider, with 300+ clinics across the U.S. and Canada. We're looking for experienced RNs who are ready to step out of a high-pressure hospital or traditional clinic setting and into a role built around autonomy, specialized expertise, and genuine one-on-one patient connection. What Makes This Role Different: Most of our nurses work independently - no charge nurse, no team overhead, no endless task lists. You manage your day by seeing your clients, and providing them with the best experience possible. You will be supported by a network of clinical leadership, but the day-to-day is yours. Travel medicine is a specialty. You'll develop deep expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel health planning - knowledge most nurses never get to build. Every client interaction is a true consultation, not a check-the-box encounter. Current Opening Details
What You'll Do
Immigration Medical Services - Required Following States: AZ, CO, FL, IL, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NM, OH, OK, TX Various Passport Health locations support immigration-related medical services, including civil surgeon exams and required vaccinations for USCIS applicants. At these clinics, performing immigration physicals and maintaining strict USCIS documentation compliance is a required part of the role. Training is provided, but attention to detail and comfort with regulated documentation workflows is essential. Scheduling - The Honest Picture Passport Health uses a census-based scheduling model, similar to what you may have seen in hospital or outpatient settings. We want you going in with realistic expectations. The nurses who thrive here are those who value the trade-off: less rigidity, more autonomy, and the ability to build a schedule that works for their life and for the business needs, even if that means some week-to-week variability. Here's what that means in practice:
